Above the village of Evatra near Fort Dauphin. From Fort Dauphin you usually get there by boat through a system of lakes and canals that are parallel to the Indian Ocean. Then you can take a pleasant walk to the Lokaro bay (you can spend the night there) and go back to the village by the coast path. I'm sure you will find both places are beautiful and peaceful. During the walk back you will see the Pitcher plant (Nepenthes madagascariensis) a curious carnivorous plant that grows in the swamps. Unfortunately rain was falling when I climbed this hill overlooking the village so the view towards Fort Dauphin is hidden by the clouds.
